Born February 2, 1966, at Grundy, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Norman Cline and Dolly Mae Justus Cline.

Funeral services for Beth Elizabeth England will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at the Roseann Evangelist Presbyterian Church, Roseann, Virginia, with Roger Hurley, Eugene Whited and Truitt Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in the Justus Cemetery, Davis Fork Road, Hurley, Virginia.

The family will receive friends Saturday and Sunday evening 6:00 P.M. at the church. A service will be held both Saturday and Sunday evening at 7:00 P.M.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

Virginia Funeral Home of Grundy, Virginia is in charge of the arrangements.
