Harvey Justice, age 76, of Buchanan County, Grundy, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the Buchanan County General Hospital in Grundy, Virginia.

Born November 27, 1945, at Mingo, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Alfred Justice and Rose Hinkle Justice. Harvey was a former cotton mill worker, loved driving his truck, and working on mechanical things.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Justus Justice; brothers, Alfred Justice Jr., Joseph “Joe” Justice, and George Justice; sisters, Della Justice, Estie Justice, and Hulda Mae Justice.

He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Funeral services for Harvey Justice will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, 11:00 A.M., at the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel in Grundy, Virginia, with pastor Clyde Wimmer officiating. Friends may call at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will follow at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, Virginia.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
