Obituary for Janice Jennifer Lester
Janice Jennifer Lester, age 61 of Mohawk, West Virginia passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky.
Born January 17, 1961, at Grundy, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Lester and Naomi Little Lester. Janice enjoyed gardening, working with her flowers, walking in the woods, and fishing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Patricia, Zelsey, and Phyllis Lester; brothers, Ulyssus Lester and Herbert Lester, Jr.

Funeral services for Janice Jennifer Lester will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at the Mount Zion Old Regular Baptist Church, Bull Creek, Mohawk, West Virginia with Danny Hurley and Jerry Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow in the Lester Cemetery, Mohawk, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening 6:00 P.M. at the church, where a service will be held at 7:00 P.M.
Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
