Mr. Jeffery "Jeff" Lee Mullins, age 59 of Dahlonega passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. He was born in Welch, West Virginia on December 14, 1962, to the late Burl Mullins and the late Florence Brewster Mullins. Jeff was a man of many talents and was well known in the Dahlonega area for his skills in the building industry. He worked as a builder for over 40 years and took great pride in his work. When he passed, he was doing what he loved the most- framing a house.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Roy Mullins and Michael Mullins; and nephew, Jimmy Hicks.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Salyers Mullins of Dahlonega; children, Kevin Byrd of Elgin, South Carolina, Jessica Byrd of Dahlonega, and Johnathan Mullins of Cleveland; siblings, Abigail (Jeff) Marshburn of Kernersville, North Carolina, Lesia Mullins of Salisbury, North Carolina, Tammy (Ronald) Roberts of Walnut Cove, North Carolina and Dennis (Marie) Mullins of Grundy, Virginia; grandchildren, Jacob, Emma and Riley. He is also survived by his beloved cat, "Cry Baby".

The family will receive friends from 4:00pm - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel, Grundy, Virginia, 3:00 P.M., Friday, January 21, 2022, with interment in the Noah Mullins Cemetery in Paynesville, West Virginia, with Hobert Kennedy officiating.

Those serving as Pallbearers are Joshua Roberts, Jacob Roberts, Steven Mullins, Doliver Mullins, Ricky Mullins and Zack Ratliff.
