Obituary for John L "Buddy" Justus
John L Justus, age 82 of Hurley, Virginia passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at his home.
Born April 23, 1939, at Hurley, Virginia, he was the son of the late Isaac Justus and Goldie Wallace Justus. John was a retired coal miner, logger, and was a member of the Bethany Bible Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Justus; one son, John Issac Justus; brothers, Herbert, Granville, Fitzue, Ezra Justus, and Robert Justice; one sister, Florence Spencer.

Funeral services for John L Justus will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, 1:00 P.M. at the Bethany Bible Church, Paw Paw Road, Hurley Virginia, with Roger Keene officiating. Burial will follow in the Justus Cemetery, Puncheon Camp Road, Hurley, Virginia.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday and Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M. A service will be held at 7:00 P.M. each evening.
Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
